口服不同剂量葡萄糖酸钙对预防机采血(1)
【摘要】目的：探索分析口服不同剂量葡萄糖酸钙对于预防机采血小板献血者发生枸橼酸钠中毒反应的作用。方法：选择在市中心血站无偿献血的人员1260例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组、研究A组和研究B组。对照组不用药，研究A组献血前予以口服10ml，研究B组予以口服20ml。将三组对象枸橼酸钠中毒发生率进行对比。结果：研究组对象的枸橼酸钠中毒率均显著低于对照组，研究B组显著低于研究A组(P均<0.05)。结论：在进行机采血小板前予以口服钙剂，能够可以有效降低枸橼酸钠中毒反应发生率，口服剂量20ml效果更佳明显。
