【摘要】目的 观察蜜调桃红金黄膏外敷对缓解急性足痛风红、肿、热、痛的效果。方法 将80例患者随机分为两组，对照组给予口服秋水仙碱等西药系统治疗；实验组则在此基础上给予蜜调桃红金黄膏外敷患足痛处。对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价。结果 实验组患足炎症反应消除程度及患足软组织的肿胀情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 蜜调桃红金黄膏外敷治疗急性足痛风应用方便、起效迅速，疗效明显，可在短时间内缓解急性足痛风患者患足的炎症反应。
