【摘要】目的：探讨关于综合护理在耐多药肺结核临床路径中的对策。方法：自我院收治患有耐多药肺结核的患者共计100例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率为90.0%，显著高于对照组的60.0%；观察组的住院时间平均为(35.82±4.12)d，显著短于对照组的(44.15±3.64)d；P均<0.05。结论：对耐多药肺结核临床路径治疗中的患者进行综合护理，有利于提高患者治疗依从性，具有重要意义与作用。
