【摘要】目的：探讨超声诊断在甲状腺占位性病变中的价值 方法：对我院于2015年1月至2016年1月收治的40例甲状腺占位性病变患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，所有患者在接受超声诊断后进行病理证实，判断超声诊断的准确率 结果：在疾病检查中，超声诊断准确率为92.5%，误诊率为7.5%，在良恶性检查中，超声诊断准确率为90.0%，误诊率为10.0%结论：超声诊断能够准确、全面地分析甲状腺占位性病变的声像图特点，降低临床误诊率与漏诊率，值得推广应用。
