摘 要 目的：探讨21世纪护理领导者应具备什么样的素质，才能适应现代管理的要求？方法：本文从领导者的品德、见识、才能、意志、身体五方面来阐述护理领导者如何提高自身素质修养。结果：提高了护理领导者的自身素质。结论：护理领导者通过学习、教育和实践的锻炼，从而使领导者的品德、见识、才能、意志、身体五方面都得到提高，提高了护士长团队的整体素质，促进了医院的管理和发展!
