    【摘要】目的：探讨奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁在社区胃溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法：从2020年1月—2022年12月我社区卫生服务中心收治的胃溃疡患者中选取80例参与研究。采用随机数字表法分组，对照组(n=40)单用奥美拉唑进行治疗，观察组(n=40)奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁进行治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果、症状改善时间、不良反应率、胃功能。结果：观察组总有效率比对照组高，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：对社区胃溃疡患者实施奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗，疗效显著，可促进患者症状缓解，改善患者胃功能，安全性高。
