    【摘要】绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis， PMOP)是指女性到了绝经期，卵巢功能衰退，雌激素水平下降，从而导致骨吸收大于骨形成，出现低骨量和骨组织的显微结构退行性变，骨脆性和骨折易感性增加。临床上以腰背部疼痛为主要症状。合理的进行中西医结合治疗绝经后骨质疏松症可以明确提高疗效。

    【Abstract】Postmenopausal osteoporosis refers to that when women reach menopause， ovarian function declines and estrogen levels decline， resulting in bone resorption greater than bone formation， low bone mass and degeneration of bone tissue microstructure， as well as increased bone fragility and fracture susceptibility. Clinically， the main symptom is lumbar and back pain. Reasonable combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis can clearly improve the curative effect.
