    【摘要】目的：探究分析冬夏桔甘方辅助治疗急性支气管炎的疗效。方法：选取我院2020年1月—2023年1月年收治的急性支气管炎患者110例，取随机数字表法，行分组处理。实验组共55例接受冬夏桔甘方联合常规治疗，对照组共55例接受常规治疗。对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗后，实验组患者临床症状评分明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论：在急性支气管炎患者中采取冬夏桔甘方辅助治疗，可在改善患者呼吸功能及气道炎症反应的同时，降低炎症因子水平，治疗安全性高，值得推广应用。
