    【摘要】痔疮术后疼痛是临床困扰患者最主要的并发症，较多患者因对疼痛产生顾虑而拒绝手术，延误病情。现代医学方面对于痔疮术后疼痛主要应用抗炎镇痛药物，方法单一且疗效差异大。而中医外治法作为肛肠科常用疗法，针对痔疮术后疼痛方法多样且操作安全行之有效，患者更为认可。此文回顾相关文献，现将近年来临床医者应用中医外治法治疗痔疮术后疼痛的有关概况进行系统性归纳与总结，以期为肛肠科临床治疗提供参考。
