    【摘要】慢传输型便秘是肠道非器质性病变而引起的便秘，主要是与结肠的蠕动缓慢、运输能力减弱等因素有关，近年来其发病率也呈现逐年上升的趋势，由于病程迁延难愈，为患者的生理及心理造成了极大的困扰，中医治疗主要包括中药汤剂口服、针刺疗法、灌肠疗法、推拿疗法。西医治疗为药物治疗，包括泻药、促动力药、调节肠道菌群的药物，以及生物反馈疗法、清洁灌肠。对于药物治疗效果不佳的患者应考虑手术治疗。中西医结合治疗可以克服传统治疗带来的一些弊端，有疗效好、不易复发、更易被患者接受的特点。很多专家学者在临床上做了大量的研究，现将近些年来中西医结合治疗慢传输型便秘综述如下。
