    【摘要】艾滋病是由人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)引起的一种传染病，严重危害人类健康。及时准确的早期诊断和尽早启动抗病毒治疗，能够有效遏制病毒复制并改善患者免疫功能，从而改善患者预后。目前艾滋病诊断主要靠实验室检测，随着研究者们的不断深入，HIV实验室检测方法也越来越完善、快捷、准确。该文就HIV检测方法以及相关研究进展综述如下，为实验室检测提供参考及帮助。
