【摘要】目的：分析桂枝芍药汤治疗腰腿痛寒湿证的效果及对患者疼痛的影响。方法：选择2021年1月—2023年1月期间因腰腿痛寒湿证到临泽县中医医院针灸科就诊的128例患者为观察目标，结合数字双盲法将其分为对照组(n=64)和观察组(n=64)，对照组开展常规治疗，观察组联合桂枝芍药汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组腰腿痛、肢体无力、肢体僵硬等证候积分均低于对照组，腰腿功能评分高于对照组，疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：桂枝芍药汤治疗腰腿痛寒湿证的效果确切，可缓解患者的疼痛，改善患者的症状。
