陈红风教授治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎临证经验(2)
体会：本例患者素有先天性乳头凹陷，临床就诊时已经抗生素治疗无效，且处于脓肿期，陈师内治采用疏肝清热活血散结，配合托里透脓法为主，当肿块红肿明显时重用蒲公英、蛇舌草等清热解毒药，当红肿消退肿块未消时，配合当归、丹参、桃红、海藻、白芥子等活血散结药，该患者泌乳素高，陈师主张重用生山楂、谷麦芽治疗，外治选用金黄膏外敷散瘀消肿、清热止痛，创腔康复新冲使脓腐得以尽快排出，待脓腐干净后配合垫棉绑缚促进创腔的黏合。经12周的内外结合治疗使患者取得较好疗效，且避免了手术治疗。故内外合治才能取得临床满意的效果。
