摘要：骨髓抑制是恶性肿瘤化疗的主要副反应，因此防治本病对于按时足量完成化疗至关重要。临床上发现中医药干预本病有其疗效，其病因病机的认识多从毒、虚两方面着手，而扶正解毒是骨髓抑制的重要治法。本文从中医对骨髓抑制的认识对其病机要素及治法、立法选方进行分析，总结中医临证治疗此病的思路。
