摘要：通过总结肝脏的生理特性，阐明肝癌的病机以气血瘀毒互结为主，并以“气、瘀、毒”为主线进一步分析说明肝癌病情进展及主要病机要素与气滞、血瘀、毒聚有明确的关系。故而提出临床上肝癌的治疗以理气活血解毒为大法，同时可根据疾病之进程辨证论治。
