三七总皂苷对细胞凋亡信号传导通路的影响研究进展(1)
摘要:细胞凋亡是当前生命科学研究中最热门的领域之一,细胞凋亡的信号传导通路分为线粒体途径,死亡受体途径,内质网应激反应性途径,这3种途径以线粒体为中心互相影响,相互交错。三七总皂苷是由三七提取的有效成分,近年来有关中药三七调控细胞凋亡的研究日渐增多,三七总皂苷通过对细胞凋亡的信号通路进行调节,进而影响细胞凋亡,维持机体内平衡,阻止组织病理过程的恶化,这为三七的发展开辟了新的途径。关键词:三七总皂苷 细胞凋亡;信号通路传导

【Abstract】Apoptosis is one of the most popular fields in life science research. The signal conduction pathways of apoptosis are divided into mitochondrial pathway,death receptor pathway and endoplasmic reticulum stress response pathway. The mitochondria are the center of the three pathways that mutually influence and mutually stagger. Panax notoginseng saponins are extracted from active ingredients inPanax notoginseng.
