摘要：目的 探讨单纯性肥胖患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)与中医辨证分型二者间存在的相关性。方法 选择2015年9月至2016年6月期间在本院接受治疗的88例单纯性肥胖患者作为观察组，选择同期接受健康体检的88名健康人员作为对照组。对观察组患者实施中医辨证分型，将各分型与对照组的胰岛素敏感性进行比较分析。结果 与对照组比较，观察组各中医证型均表现出明显IR，组间相互比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)；各证型间比较上，湿阻型IR显著高于非湿阻型(P<0.05)。结论 单纯性肥胖症的中医辨证分型与IR存在密切相关性，其为对该类患者实施中医分型的一个客观依据和病理基础。
