摘要：目的研究妇舒丸质量控制方法。方法采用HPLC法测定妇舒丸中芍药苷含量；对微生物限度检查方法进行适用性研究。结果芍药苷在0.057117～3.42702μg范围内线性关系良好，R2=0.9999；平均回收率98.24%，RSD 1.57%(n=6)。妇舒丸对5种试验菌无抑菌作用，回收率均在50%～200%之间。结论芍药苷含量测定方法准确可靠，可用于妇舒丸质量控制。妇舒丸可采用常规法(1ml/皿)进行微生物限度检查。
