摘要：目的比较婴幼儿支气管炎中药外洗液传统煎煮与2种配方颗粒组方中芍药苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对传统煎煮的幼儿支气管炎中药外洗液、农本方配方颗粒及江阴中药配方颗粒组方的洗剂中的主要成分芍药苷进行含量测定。色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3，流动相为乙腈-01%磷酸溶液(14：86)，流速为10ml/min，检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷在进样浓度1025～1025μg/ml范围内线形关系良好(r=09996)。加样回收率为9957%(RSD=156%)；婴幼儿支气管炎中药外洗液传统饮片洗剂、农本方颗粒洗剂、江阴配方颗粒洗剂中芍药苷含量分别为10310，08679，08056mg/ml。结论婴幼儿支气管炎中药外洗液传统饮片汤剂与配方颗粒中的芍药苷含量有差异。
