甘草酸干预炎症信号通路新进展(1)
摘要:甘草酸(glycyrrhizic acid,GA)是甘草中主要的活性成分,其在抗炎方面作用广泛,具有糖皮质激素样作用而无严重不良反应,可应用于各种炎症、变态反应疾病,并在多个炎症信号通路中发挥作用。研究发现,甘草酸在抗炎机理上主要是通过抑制炎症因子释放和干预炎症信号通路发挥作用。炎症信号通道很多,主要对GA在NF-κB、MAPK、TLRs、PI3K/AKT/TOR等信号通路中的干预作用进行综述,为甘草酸发挥抗炎作用机理的进一步发展提供理论依据。关键词:甘草酸;炎症;炎症信号通路

【Abstract】Glycyrrhizic acid (GA) is the main active ingredient in licorice, which has a wide range of anti-inflammatory effect and glucocorticoid-like effect without serious adverse reactions. It can be applied to a variety of inflammatory and allergic diseases and play a role in multiple inflammatory signaling pathways. The study finding shows that glycyrrhizic acid in the anti-inflammatory mechanism mainly release and intervene in the inflammatory signaling pathway through the inhibition of inflammatory factors.
