摘要：肺癌转移为临床常见病症，笔者认为其与“痰毒流注”有关。“痰毒流注”以痰、瘀、热为病机要素，以流动走窜、侵袭隐匿、无处不到、病症繁多、病情复杂、病势缠绵、顽固难解为特点。从肺癌转移的发病基础、发病特点、病因病机、治疗探析其与“痰毒流注”的关系，旨在为临床提供治疗思路。
