摘要：目的探讨活血养阴法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效及其对VEGF、SDF-1水平的影响。方法将61例糖尿病视网膜病变患者按随机数字表法分为观察组31例和对照组30例，对照组采用西医基础治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用活血养阴法治疗。结果观察组的总有效率为81.35%，对照组的总有效率为64.91%，差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者的hs-CRP、VEGF、SDF-1水平均出现了下降，差异有统计学意义，但改善程度观察组优于对照组，差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论活血养阴法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变具有较好的临床疗效，同时可抑制hs-CRP、VEGF、SDF-1的水平，进而减轻炎症反应及血管增殖，延缓疾病的进展，提高治疗效果。
