摘要：目的 观察中西医结合治疗阴阳两虚型耐药肺结核的临床疗效。方法 选择2016年4月—2018年3月在本院确诊为耐药肺结核且辨证分型为阴阳两虚证的患者200例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例，对照组予常规治疗，在此基础上，治疗组予自拟“抗痨补肺汤”合地黄饮子加减口服，观察2组患者治疗后各项指标及疗效。结果 治疗后治疗组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+改善情况优于对照组;中医证候改善情况优于对照组，总有效率优于对照组，且不良反应率低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗阴阳两虚型耐药肺结核，可显著提高免疫力，改善患者证候，提高疗效。
