    摘要：目的 观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠心病PCI术后稳定性心绞痛气滞血瘀型患者的临床疗效。方法 80例患者按照随机对照原则分为对照组和治疗组各40例，对照组予西药规范化治疗，治疗组予常规西药治疗基础上联合血府逐瘀湯加减治疗，治疗2周后，观察2组西雅图心绞痛量表积分(SAQ)、中医证候疗效、心电图疗效。结果 2组西雅图心绞痛量表积分(SAQ)较前改善(P<0.05)，且治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);2组心电图疗效比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 应用西药基础上，联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病PCI术后稳定性心绞痛能明显改善患者临床症状。
