    摘要：基于汪机“参芪论”补益人体气血的观点，结合参芪的现代研究成果，探讨气血亏虚型结直肠癌患者的发病及论治思路。认为气血亏虚是此类结直肠癌患者的基本病机，心、脾是主要被影响的脏腑。针对脾胃虚弱及心脾亏虚患者，在抗肿瘤治疗的同时应分别治以补益脾胃、健脾养心，可分别选用补中益气汤及归脾汤加减治疗。气血亏虚型结直肠癌的治疗运用扶正抗癌、补益气血理论，能够增强中医药治疗的临床疗效。
