    摘要：目的 評价隔姜灸防治化疗后恶心呕吐的有效性和安全性。方法 计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WANFANG)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学(CBM)、Pubmed、Cochrane library数据库中有关于隔姜灸治疗化疗后恶心呕吐的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials，RCTs)，检索时间为从建库到2021年12月，并采用Revman5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果 最终纳入合格RCTs 16项，共1214例患者，其中试验组611例，对照组603例。Meta分析结果显示：隔姜灸组在改善患者总有效率[OR=4.09，95%CI(2.29，7.31)，P1， ZHONG Jing-jing¹， KANG Xuan¹， LI Pei-ling¹， PAN Ze-feng¹， YU Shi-qi¹， CHI Zhen-hai²
