    摘要：目的 觀察炙甘草汤对房颤患者左房重构及心功能的影响。方法 选择持续性房颤患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。2组均予以控制心室率及抗凝治疗，合并心衰者予以纠正心衰及二级预防治疗，观察组在此治疗上加用炙甘草汤，疗程均为2个月。比较2组治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、醛固酮(ALD)、脑钠肽(BNP)左房内径(LAD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、24h动态心电图平均心室率、中医临床症状积分。结果 治疗后，2组患者hs-CRP、BNP、ALD、平均心室率水平均低于同组治疗前(P1， XU Zu-jian²
