    摘要：目的 觀察“调神通窍针法”联合布地奈德鼻用喷雾剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法 选取60例慢性鼻窦炎患者，并将其随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者采用“调神通窍针法”联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗，对照组仅使用布地奈德鼻喷剂喷鼻治疗，比较2组治疗前后疗效评分、症状VAS评分、症状自评量表(SCL90)评分、sIgE及TL-6表达水平。结果 观察组治疗率93.33%显著高于对照组73.33%(P1， ZHANG Yuan-heng¹， LIU Gang²
