【摘 要】 随着教学理念的不断改革，传统“教材”的观念正在为“用教材教”的观念所取代。医学院校的医学专业英语教材由于多种原因的制约，教材的建设还不够完善，无论是教材编写的理念和内容都过于陈旧。因此对于如何在现有条件下对医学英语教材进行二次开发，以满足医学生对于医学英语学习的实际需要，是本文探讨的主要内容。
