    摘 要 目的：探讨老年胃癌病人临床特点。方法：收治>50岁胃癌患者45例，对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：胃癌根治性切除36例，姑息性切除9例；并存高血压、冠心病、慢性支气管炎、糖尿病等慢性病30例，术后并存病加重致各种并发症12例，其中术后因并存病加重致死亡3例。结论：老年胃癌患者并存病多，术后并发症重，应该做到早期诊断，及时治疗，加强围手术期管理，掌握适当的手术时机及手术方法，是提高疗效关键。
