    摘 要 目的：探讨胆囊扭转的诊断及治疗。方法：收治胆囊扭转患者12例，回顾性分析2007年3月-2013年11月收治病例的临床资料。结果：4例开腹探查(切除胆囊)，8例腹腔镜下探查确诊胆囊扭转后分别行开腹胆囊切除术和LC术，均取得良好效果，无死亡及并发症发生。结论：在临床中，胆囊扭转应该排除手术禁忌证，及早手术探查。
