    摘 要 目的：探讨改良小切口及微型带线锚钉治疗锤状指畸形疗效。方法：回顾性分析应用改良小切口及微型带线锚钉治疗37例锤状指畸形患者临床资料。结果：所有患者术后随访0.5～2年，按Dargan功能评定法，优28例，良6例，可2例，差1例。优良率91.89%。结论：应用改良小切口及微型带线锚钉治疗锤状指畸形复位、手术切口愈合好，固定效果好，缝合强度高，操作简便，畸形复发率低，是治疗锤状指畸形的可靠方法。
