    摘 要 目的：探讨早期探通术治疗婴幼儿泪道阻塞的效果及其安全性。方法：对>1个月龄的溢泪患儿，保守治疗无效或效果不明显的行泪道探通术，自下泪小点进入，达骨壁后稍后退冲洗，再向下向后缓缓进针，落空感后再次冲洗，药液自鼻腔流出。以无溢泪和分泌物，泪道冲洗通畅为泪道探通术成功的标准，随访1年。结果：309眼中，1次探通总治愈率94%，且月龄越小，治愈率越高。结论：对于婴幼儿泪道阻塞溢泪的，在保守治疗无效或效果不明显时，早期泪道探通术，治愈率高，安全可行。
