    摘 要 目的：探讨白内障超乳术与非超乳小切口手术治疗白内障的疗效。方法：比较老年性白内障152眼超乳术和133眼非超乳小切口术后3个月视力提高情况。结果：术后3个月复查，超乳术后视力>0.3(82.5%)，非超乳小切口术后视力>0.3(79.3%)。结论：老年性白内障超乳术与非超乳小切口术后远期临床疗效比较，差异无统计学意义。
