摘 要 目的：探讨乳腺癌患者采用X线钼靶检查与彩超，及两者联合使用的临床诊断价值。方法：选择120例女性患者，采用X线钼靶与彩超及两者联合应用检查，检查结果分别与病理结果进行对比分析。结果：X线钼靶与彩超检查对乳腺癌的符合率84.2%、82.5%，相比较无明显差异(P>0.05)，两者联合应用对乳腺癌诊断符合率94.2%，分别与X线钼靶、彩超比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：X线钼靶与彩超联合应用可以提高诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度及准确性，降低乳腺癌的漏诊率，具有重要的临床意义。
