摘 要 目的：用UF-1000型全自动尿沉渣分析仪测定样本，获得本地区健康成人尿液有形成分的参考值。方法：用UF-1000型全自动尿沉渣分析仪，随机测定901例健康成人尿液样本，进行分析。结果：尿液主要有形成分参考范围，白细胞：男性0～23个/μl，女性0～37个/μl；红细胞：男性0～17个/μl，女性0～27个/μl；上皮细胞：男性0～9个/μl，女性0～47个/μl；管型：男性0～1个/μl，女性0～1个/μl，细菌：男性0～120个/μl，女性0～2400个/μl。尿液红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞、管型、细菌的结果，与年龄相关差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，性别差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：建立自己实验室UF-1000尿液有形成分的正常参考值范围，为临床应用提供依据。
