    摘 要 探讨麻醉恢复室(PACU)开展优质护理过程中，如何将家长陪同患儿麻醉苏醒的护理模式应用其中。由于麻醉恢复室独特的专科特点，怎样改变以往的护理模式，提高患儿及家长的满意度成了开展优质护理的努力目标，本文简单介绍家长陪同小儿麻醉苏醒的护理模式的应用及管理方法。

    Abstract PACU carry out high-quality nursing and we apply the mode of parents accompanying children recovery from anesthesia.Because of the special features of PACU，it is the target of carrying out high-quality nursing that how to change the nursing pattern of the past and raise children and parents satisfaction.This paper briefly present the application and management of parents accompanying children recovery from anesthesia in high-quality nursing in PACU.
