定期产检对高危妊娠的意义

摘 要 目的：：探讨定期产检措施及对高危妊娠的临床意义。方法：收治高危妊娠孕妇84例，依据进行定期产检的过程与实施异同分为观察组(完整实施定期产检组)和对照组(未完整实施定期产检组)各42例，观察两组效果差异，分析定期产检的意义和作用，指导临床围产期保健。结果：比较并发症发生率，对照组(9.52%)显著高于观察组(2.38%)(P<0.05)；比较异常分娩率与新生儿并发症发生率，观察组(4.76%、2.38%)明显优于对照组(9.52%、7.14%)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：高危妊娠对孕妇及新生儿有着严重危害，进行全方位的定期产检可有效促进母婴健康，降低围产儿和孕产妇并发症的发病率、死亡率，具有积极临床意义。
