    摘 要 目的：探讨闭合复位外固定架治疗胫骨骨折的疗效。方法：3年来收治胫腓骨患者124例，其中单纯胫骨骨折103例，伴腓骨骨折21例，手术中均采用闭合复位外固定架治疗，观察骨折愈合情况及时间。结果：124例患者3～6个月后均达到骨性愈合，6个月后全部取出外固定架，无1例发生骨不愈合。结论：闭合复位外固定架固定胫骨骨折既能维持骨折对位，又不妨碍临近关节活动，手术创伤小，愈合率高，并发症少，疗效较满意。
