摘 要 目的：掌握儿童哮喘早期诊断和规范化治疗的方法，了解吸入治疗的重要性，进一步进行推广。方法：收治哮喘患儿120例，回顾性分析规范化治疗后情况。结果：推广规范化管理和治疗之后，78%的家长对吸入治疗满意，并且主动要求做吸入治疗，与推广前相比，患儿用药依从性显著提高(P<0.05)，患儿哮喘的控制程度也显著提高(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论：哮喘儿童得到了规范化治疗和有效控制，增加了依从性，儿童哮喘早期诊断及吸入治疗效果较好，强调规范治疗，加强宣教。
