    摘 要 目的：分析玻璃体出血而行玻璃体手术的原因。方法：对因玻璃体出血行玻璃体手术37例(39只眼)患者的临床资料行回顾性分析，其中糖尿病视网膜病变19例21只眼，原因不明8只眼，其它眼病10只眼。结果：术后随诊6～12个月，33只眼(84.6%)视力有明显好转，6只眼(15.4%)视力无提高。结论：玻璃体切除手术能有效地治疗各种原因导致的玻璃体出血。
