摘 要 目的：分析和对比CT扫描和X线平片判断椎弓根螺钉位置。方法：选择接受Dick钉内固定治疗的患者17例，在固定术实施后接受X线和CT扫描，选取3位骨科医师作为观察者，对两种检查方式下的椎弓螺钉位置进行判断，对比和分析3位观察者的观察结果。结果：3位骨科医师观察组均认为X线优良率高于CT优良率(P<0.05)，CT扫描显示螺钉偏外率和偏内率均明显高于X线(P<0.05)，两种检查方式在螺钉位置偏上和偏下等方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：X线较CT扫描在椎弓螺钉位置上，其在螺钉偏上、偏下位置的准确性较高，而在螺钉偏内、偏外位置方面较差，对螺钉偏前位的判断准确率较低。临床上可采取CT扫描联合X线方式来对椎弓根螺钉的位置进行综合判断。
