    摘 要 目的：探讨中药(自制烫伤油)加特定电磁波谱仪治疗各种烧伤的临床效果。方法：收治烧伤患者60例，随机分为观察组(30例)、对照组(30例)。两组均给予清创、抗感染及预防并发症治疗，观察组加用自制烫伤油创面外敷的暴露疗法及特定电磁波谱治疗仪治疗，对照组使用生理盐水100ml加硫酸庆大霉素16万U浸湿无菌纱布包扎的湿润疗法治疗。结果：观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论：自制烫伤油加特定电磁波谱治疗仪治疗各种烧伤效果显著。
