    摘 要 目的：观察分析护理风险管理在新生儿病区的应用效果。方法：收治实施护理风险管理的新生儿52例，评价其护理质量以及新生儿家长满意度等。结果：和未实施护理风险管理相比，在实施护理风险管理后，护理质量的分值明显提高，护理记录合格率及家长满意度明显提高。护理前后比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：运用护理风险管理，大大提高了护理人员的风险防范意识，同时，提升了护理质量和新生儿家长的满意度。
