    摘 要 目的：观察针灸结合补阳还五汤对于脑梗死后遗症治疗效果。方法：收治脑梗死后遗症患者98例，采用针灸结合补阳还五汤，观察患者临床疗效。结果：患者经采用针灸结合补阳还五汤，病情控制良好，生活质量明显提高，临床疗效显著。结论：针灸结合补阳还五汤对于脑梗死后遗症患者临床疗效确切。
