内固定与置换术治疗老年高龄患者股骨转子间骨折的疗效观察

摘 要 目的：探讨比较内固定和人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折患者的临床疗效。方法：收治股骨转子间骨折患者60例，所有患者按照治疗方式的不同分为内固定组和置换术组，并比较两组疗效。结果：置换组的手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间以及并发症发生率明显小于内固定组，治疗优良率明显大于对照组，且P<0.05。结论：与内固定治疗相比，人工股骨头置换术治疗老年高龄股骨转子间骨折患者具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优势。
