    摘 要 目的：探讨药物流产的护理方法。方法：收治停经49天的早孕妇女63例进行药物流产，对其护理进行观察。结果：60例早孕妇女服药后6小时内排出完整妊娠物，2例重复服用米索前列醇后3小时排出妊娠物，1例未排除妊娠物行清宫术。结论：药物流产过程中护士的正确用药指导及护理方法，可降低不全流产大出血等并发症的发生，提高药物流产终止妊娠的安全性。
