摘 要 目的：了解夷陵区艾滋病流行现状及趋势，讨论其防治策略。方法：收集夷陵区艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病患者的发病资料，分析其流行现状、趋势和病例分布以及病例分布的规律。结果：截止2012年底，全区年平均发病率0.70/100000，整体呈上升趋势。高发年龄35～45岁(63.89%)；以男性居多(61.11%)；经性途径感染(86.11%)。结论：总体处于低流行状态，但艾滋病疫情呈快速增长态势。
