摘 要 目的：分析消毒供应中心强化管理在医院感染控制中的作用，以控制医院感染的发生。方法：2011年采用传统管理方法，2012年采用强化管理模式对CSSD进行管理，比较两个时间段医院感染控制各项指标。结果：工作区域人员着装规范，待灭菌器械包质量提高，手术器械清洁数量增加，消毒物品丢失率下降，消毒物品循环时间缩短，因器械问题导致医院感染发生率降低，各指标间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：强化消毒供应中心管理能有效地控制医院感染，确保医疗安全。
