放疗结合热疗治疗晚期肿瘤的疗效分析

摘 要 目的：探讨放疗与热疗配合治疗晚期肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法：收治晚期肿瘤患者58例，根据患者自愿将其分为观察组和对照组两组，各29例。其中观察组实施放疗与热疗配合治疗，对照组实施放疗治疗，对比观察两组临床治疗疗效。结果：通过实施不同的治疗方法后，两组治疗效果4个等级均存在差异，其中观察组治疗有效24例，有效率82.76%；对照组治疗有效9例，有效率31.03%，两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：放疗与热疗配合治疗晚期肿瘤能在治疗期间形成互补关系，增进临床治疗疗效。
